Jossy Lee
Innovation & Venture Building
Jossy is an MIT-trained venture builder and the Founder of Dots Global. Mission-driven innovator with proven success in leading cross-functional teams to design, launch, and build new initiatives worldwide for organizations of 1 to 52,000 employees, including an innovative middle and high school, an Apple-featured app, an award-winning storybook series, and international leadership development programs. When she is not busy making the changes she hopes to see in the world, she enjoys time with her family in Boston and Taipei.
Matt Kressy
Human-Centered Design &
Education Innovation
Matt has a rich teaching history at MIT, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Harvard, including spearheading innovation in education as the Co-Founder and Director of MIT's Integrated Design & Management (IDM) master’s degree and as a Founding Trustee of the New England Innovation Academy. As an entrepreneur and design expert, Kressy has designed, invented, engineered, and manufactured products for a diverse range of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. His passion lies in fostering interdisciplinary, collaborative, and design-driven product development through deep user research, creative concept generation, and rapid prototyping.


Sophia Lin
Business Strategy & Ecosystem
Sophia is a Partner at Dots Studio. She is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional, driving growth through strategic finance, planning, and venture building. Sophia has a proven track record of orchestrating acquisitions that resulted in a fivefold revenue increase, as well as optimizing pricing, energy conversion, and operational efficiency. An active leader in the global entrepreneurship ecosystem, Sophia has been invited to speak and judge at prestigious events, including the Harvard Business School Finance Conference and the MIT 100K. She has been recognized as one of Girls in Tech Taiwan's 40 Under 40.
Erdin Beshimov
Entrepreneurship & Education
Erdin is the Founder of MIT Bootcamps and the MITx MicroMasters Program, pioneering "inverted admissions" and creating MIT’s first online courses on entrepreneurship. With a focus on global innovation, he builds pathways for learners worldwide to study innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. Erdin holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, an MA from Harvard, and a BA from the University of Bradford. Born in the former Soviet Union, his mission is to eliminate barriers between motivation and opportunity. Erdin is currently building ClassHour, offering invitation-only classes for executives.


Liz Failla
Partnership & People Operations
With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across various sectors, Liz has been a driving force behind cross-cultural teams, consistently delivering global impact. At EF Education First, the world's largest organization dedicated to international education, she has held pivotal positions, including Vice President of People Operations and Vice President of Customer Experience, where she has been instrumental in fostering strong communication, partnerships, and people operations. Known for her ability to be both the glue and the engine of her teams, Liz excels in creating cohesive and high-performing environments.
Senthil Balasubramanian
Global Partnerships & Execution
Senthil is an entrepreneur with experience leading lean ventures and commercializing innovative technologies. His experiences include launching and scaling MIT-born Sistine Solar, the maker of the world’s first and fully customizable aesthetic overlay for solar panels, and deploying renewable energy technologies in emerging markets in Asia and East Africa. He is passionate about supporting mission-driven ventures and enjoys working with cross-disciplinary teams and cross-border partners. Senthil holds an MBA from MIT and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.
